Eligibility Requirements

- Be at least 18 years old
- Live in Harris or Liberty County
- Have a photo ID
- Attend orientation and registration
- Commit to attending every class
- Have access to technology (computer, smartphone, tablet, and internet)

NEW HCDE Virtual GED Program
Welcome to the HCDE Virtual GED Program! Our live classes, held via Zoom, are designed to help you succeed on your GED journey.
Class Information:
-
Personalized Placement: During registration, you will take a practice test to help us place you in the class that best fits your needs.

Fast Track Class: If you score 140 or higher, you will join our Fast Track class, which meets four days a week for just two weeks.
- Targeted Support Class: If your score is below 140, you'll be in our Targeted class, meeting two days a week for eight weeks, ensuring you are fully prepared for the GED Test.
No matter your starting point, we're here to support you every step of the way. Join us and take the next step toward your educational goals with confidence!
