Workforce Certification Programs
Must Meet the Following Requirements:

- Be at least 18 years old (some exceptions may apply)
- Live in Harris or Liberty County
- Proof of citizenship or legal resident status (for example, unrestricted REAL Texas ID or Driver's License.) Review a complete list of acceptable documents
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Must not have a bachelor's degree or higher
- Commit to the 6 - 12 weeks of classes and attendance requirements
- Must take placement assessments and certification examinations

Information Technology (IT) Helpdesk
Overview
Gain the industry-standard credentials recognized by employers worldwide. Perfect for entry-level IT roles! Classes include materials and credentialing in CompTIA A+ Core 1 and Core 2.

Course Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Live in Harris County
- Must be U.S. citizen or legal immigrant
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Cannot have a Bachelors degree or higher
- Commit to the 8 weeks of training
