If you haven't attended an HCDE-hosted event since summer 2024, you will probably need to create an account on our event registration platform, PowerSchool Professional Learning. Here's how to do this:

1. Go to the Create Account form.
2. Complete the required fields:
   • Email: You may use your personal email address.
   • Password: Create a strong password.
   • First Name: Enter your first name.
   • Last Name: Enter your last name.
   • Address: Use your school's address.
   • Phone Number: Enter your contact number.
   • Select your Area of Interest: Choose either Early Childhood (PK-2) or General Education Teachers.
   • Complete any additional required fields.
3. Click or tap Create Account to finish the setup.

After you've created an account on the PowerSchool Professional Learning platform, you can now log in and register for ECWC 2025!

1. Go to the Guest Access Log In page.
2. Enter your User Name and Password and click or tap Log In
3. Look for the Recommended Courses section (If you're on a desktop or laptop computer, this will be on the right side of the page. If you're on your phone, scroll down the page under the Welcome section)
4. Click or tap on 39th R.T. Garcia Early Childhood Winter Conference
5. On the left side of your screen, click or tap the Sections tab in the navigation
6. Click or tap the Register button.
7. Under Credits, select the appropriate category (if you're not a sponsor, an HCDE employee, or a board member, choose CPE-Guest-Pay Now)
8. Click or tap Next
9. Select a payment method and click or tap Next
10. Click or tap Register to complete the process
